brewbee sources its main ingredients from Brauerei Locher in Appenzell. When the popular Quöllfrisch beer leaves the brewery, lots of valuable and nutritious by-products are left behind, including aromatic spent grain, vibrant brewer’s yeast, low-alcohol beer and intense beer wort. We carefully collect them and follow trusted processes to use them up, ultimately transforming them into our sensational brewbee products. Sustainable, distinctive and completely free from alcohol!

Climate Mission

All production processes everywhere involve a certain amount of waste as standard. At a brewery, we’re talking about tonnes of unused spent grain that’s packed with protein and full of fibre. So do we just dispose of that valuable spent grain? Not at brewbee!
