Our sustainable brewbee Pizzas taste divine and they don’t contain any preservatives whatsoever. Will you go for a classic margherita pizza? Maybe salami? Or how about a vegetarian or vegan alternative topped with fresh veggies. Perhaps even something from our exclusive Explorer range?

What’s so special
about our brewbee Pizza?

The secret to our brewbee Pizza is in the base. In addition to flour, it’s packed with valuable by-products from the brew-ing process, such as spent grain. Natural and sustainable all the way. You certainly won’t find any artificial additives in any of our brewbee Pizzas.

The dough

The main ingredients in our brewbee Pizza are similar to the ingredients in a normal pizza. We knead flour, water, a special Italian yeast, salt, beer and brewer’s yeast together to form a dough. As the final step, we add in the spent grain. And the whole process is taken care of by hand!

The process

Once the dough has been left to prove for long enough, our brewbee pizza chefs shape the individual portions into pizza bases. Add a dollop of our own tomato sauce, spread it out and – voila! Our brewbee pizzas are ready to be topped.

Preparation

Preheat

Remove the pizza from the packaging.
Leave uncovered to thaw out for about 15 minutes at room temperature.
While you wait, preheat your oven to 230°C.

Cook

Place the pizza on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Place in the preheated oven to cook.
